With the intent to attract and retain tenants, NBC Tower engaged us to update their amenities spaces. Work included the addition of a yoga studio onto the existing fitness center, but the star attraction is the new golf simulator lounge. With gorgeous city views, a bar area featuring terrazzo-like counters, millwork displays, inviting seating, custom graphics, and a fully integrated golf simulator, the lounge has become the most popular amenity for the building.
