Eastlake has become known for designing marketing suites that inspire future tenants, and stand out from the average "vanilla box." That said, the NBC Tower suite was unique in that the clients were design savvy Europeans with strong directives. They asked for a Bauhaus and Midcentury influences combined with the comfortable amenities  found in today’s modern workplaces. The result blends geometric patterns and streamline furniture with a contemporary mesh divider and a green wall. Huddle rooms and a cafe give the suite the most current necessities on top of the standard conference room, lounge and open work areas.
